Central AC/heat, ceiling fans, phone, wireless internet access, answering machine, dishwasher, microwave, 5 cable TV'S, HBO, Cinemax and Showtime, 2 VCR, 4 DVD, DVD library, stereo w/CD player, whirlpool tub and clock radio. The exterior offers a covered porch, screened porch with picnic table, outdoor park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning station.

Additional amenities include hair dryer, iron and ironing board, games and beach toys.

NO CITY WATER. Filtered and chlorinated harvested rainwater which could be limited during extreme drought conditions. Dispensed bottled water provided.

Saturday check-in day. Allows Partial Week Stays, 3 night minimum, booked within 2 weeks of the arrival date. Please call Ocracoke Island Realty for reservation of partial week stays.

Sheets and towels are provided.

Beach Outfitters, located at Ocracoke Island Realty rents bikes, beach gear and other vacation items that can be delivered to the cottage.

No Pets. NON-SMOKING. Limit of 8 people, including children.
